I support real transformation.

  • After the first session, we will only continue the drawing if tangible, positive change has been made in the direction of creating safety and building self trust.
Self-friendship doesn’t happen by accident—it takes honest, ongoing communication.

    • When you are tending the relationship with yourself, your story unfolds and we can capture the new scene emerging.

    • If you are not tending the relationship, you remain in the same panels of the comic strip, cycling.

  • If you’re not ready to take action on your own behalf, this offering may worsen what you’re struggling with. Here’s a helpful video to understand why.

  • Because of the intimate nature of the work, you need to be an advocate for yourself. Challenging feelings may surface. It’s crucial you be able to ask for a pause or express a desire.

At the end of the day, I want to see you be well! And that takes some discipline.

Please note,
While this offering is heavily inspired by IFS (internal family systems) or “parts work,” I am not a licensed therapist. I am an artist with a lot of personal experience exploring the many aspects of myself and others through art, song, and movement. However, it could be supportive to work with a therapist alongside our three sessions, but not required.
