How to prepare

Think about the answer to this question:

What do you want to receive?

Could be anything from a Teflon-free saute pan, a specific job opportunity, to a state of being.

For context, I wrap up each session with space for both of us to answer this question.
We can see if either of us, or our larger communities can respond. If we can’t directly support each other, we send it out as a prayer.

”We must acknowledge that what we want is really a possibility.” -Kasia Urbaniak

Schedule time for integration after your portrait session

I suggest leaving time after our session for a long walk, some movement, time to journal. The portrait and corresponding download are best received in spaciousness.

What to bring

  • An object that is special to you.
Something to help you show up in the space and feel grounded.

  • A journal
To capture insights that come through after I share about your portrait.

  • (optional) a meditation cushion that you enjoy.
    One will be provided.
