We are so small in the grand scheme of Life.
It’s easy to get contracted in our sight and make decisions out of a feeling of desperation.
It can be helpful to widen the frame when anxiety and despair start to take hold of our hearts. We’ve lived a whole life of ups and downs, on a planet that’s witnessed war, prosperity, fire, flood, species emerging and going extinct.
A big rock may sit in relatively the same place across many human lifetimes. And sometimes it’s nice to experience whatever I’m going through, from the perspective of an ancient stone.
