What is mundane magic?

Living in a purely mundane world, we absent-mindedly open a window. We enjoy a breeze. And that’s that.

But when we’re aware that the mundane is buzzing with symbol and energy, we open a window while our heart utters, “I’m open to letting in the support of larger forces. I welcome the winds of change.” 

The experience feels different.
Like a conversation with the beyond.

Mundane magic is a practice of prayer through maintenance tasks.

The spirit world is closer than we think ;)

What to expect

2.5 hour sessions

  1. Opening ritual involving collaborative arrangement of objects that are special to you.

  2. I sing a specially selected song to meet you where you’re at. We embody its wisdom as we work. 

  3. We pray for the support of larger forces, opening the curtains and windows to let light and air in.

  4. We bring more order, intention, and cleanliness to some area of the house, naturally doing the same within ourselves. 

  5. We pause throughout the process to put hands on heart and belly, and feel. 

  6. We close with meditation and reflection. 

Pricing

$300 a session

Option for occasional, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions.

*Please note that I don’t work with hoarders or in moldy spaces.
